Get ready for a restaurant style pizza... We engineered this oven with high temperature ceramic bricks to heat up the entire surface. You can use wood, lump, pellets, and more! Feel free to experiment with different foods other than pizza, we found that cast iron skillets work well for fish, steak, ect. You can also do any type of baking, such as brownies.
