Shipping Time
Out handling time is 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday)
Transit time: 4-5 business days (Monday - Friday)
Order Cut of time: 5 PM
Shipping Cost
Curbside Delivery (Standard – Free):
Our standard delivery option is completely free and typically takes 5–7 business days to arrive after the order is processed. The item will be delivered to your driveway or front entrance.
Tracking Information
We will provide tracking information for every order once it has been shipped. You can track your order on the shipping carrier’s website using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email.
Delivery Attempts
If the shipping carrier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address or absence of the recipient, they may make additional delivery attempts or hold the package for pickup at their facility. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to locate the package and resolve the issue. If the package cannot be recovered, we will provide a full refund or replace the product, if possible.
