You have 30 days from the delivery date to return eligible items.

How to Return a Product

Returning a product is easy.

• Return Method: By mail
• Return Label: Download and print from your account or email
• Accepted Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging
• Restocking Fee: None – we do not charge restocking fees

Return Shipping Costs

• Our Responsibility: If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are free of charge.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible), and place a new order for the one you want.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for personalized or custom-made products.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed within 5 days of receiving the returned item.

Defective or Damaged Goods

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Proof: Provide photos or videos of the issue

• Resolution: We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping

Product Never Arrived

If your product hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time:

• Action: We’ll open an investigation with the shipping carrier
• Resolution: If the item is confirmed lost, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund

Order Cancellation

• Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it hasn’t been shipped yet
• After Shipment: If the order has already shipped, please wait for it to arrive, then follow our return process
